ALBERTO MORENO

Alberto (Bert) Moreno is a veteran of 33 years in the financial services industry, with extensive experience in both the domestic and international markets.
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, and having grown up in the New York/New Jersey area, Bert is fluent in both Spanish and English. He graduated from American University in Washington DC with a BSBA degree in Finance. He then moved to Chicago to pursue a career on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, specializing in the design and execution of futures and options hedging strategies as well as fixed income securities portfolios for both institutional and individual clients.
Bert holds Series 3, 7, 63, and 65 licenses. In addition to coverage of the traditional markets, Bert also has extensive experience advising clients on portfolio diversification, including managed-futures investing strategies for portfolio risk management.

M. WILLIAM DUNKLAU

M. William (Bill) Dunklau is an experienced quantitative analyst with over 40 years in the field of information systems. He graduated from The University of Nebraska with BS and MS degrees in Mathematics and
has held the positions of software developer, system engineer, director of instructional technology, profit center manager, technical trainer, project manager, and Web site and Web application consultant.
His industrial and educational experience includes firms such as McDonnell-Douglas (now Boeing), Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Recognition Equipment (now BancTec), Dallas Public Schools, Greyhound Bus Lines, and Dr Pepper.
Academic appointments include the position of Lecturer in the e-Commerce program of the Graduate School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas, teaching Object-oriented Programming using Java (MAS 8V01-502).
He Issued patent disclosures for algorithms in areas of video quality detection, address block selection, and word-boundary recognition, and supervised a machine-learning research project extending the Hexapawn game.
Coursework at the post-Master's Level has included Exploratory Data Analysis, Time Series Analysis, and Forecasting Theory.
